Not for the free tools. The calculators, cheatsheets, and articles work without signup. You only need a free account if you want cross-device sync for the poker journal, save AI hand reviews to your history, or upgrade to PRO/Elite.

No. PokerPro is strictly an educational tool. Calculators, charts, and hand reviewers are designed for use BETWEEN hands or AFTER your session, not during live play. Real-time assistance violates the terms of service of every major poker site (PokerStars, GGPoker, partypoker, etc.) and can result in account closure and confiscated funds. Use PokerPro to study, not to make decisions live at the table.

Yes. We're a study tool. Reading strategy articles, using calculators between sessions, and taking quizzes is no different from reading a poker book or watching a training video — both completely legal and standard practice for serious players. The legal risk only appears if you use any tool (PokerPro included) to make decisions in real time during a hand, which is what RTAs do and what every poker site bans.

Not from studying with us between sessions or away from the table — that's how every winning player improves. The poker sites' rules ban running tools that influence your decisions WHILE you're playing a hand. Don't have PokerPro open on a second screen while you play, don't paste live hands into the AI hand reviewer mid-session, and you're fine.

Yes. Every testimonial on our pricing page comes from a real authenticated user account, manually approved by us. No AI-generated reviews, no purchased ones, no reviews from family. If we have zero approved testimonials, we'll show an honest empty state rather than invent any.

The AI returns 3-5 bullet points calling out the biggest mistakes, confirming correct plays, and suggesting better lines for next time. Once a month, Elite members upload a hand history file (last 5,000–10,000 hands from your tracker). Our pipeline analyses the data and returns a structured PDF report covering: top 3 leaks ranked by money lost, hand classes you over-played and under-played, your by-position win rate, and one focused improvement recommendation for the next month. Fully automated, no extra cost.

Hand history parsing supports PokerStars, GGPoker, partypoker, and 888poker formats. The AI hand reviewer accepts ANY format including plain English. Cheatsheets, calculators, and the journal are site-agnostic. Variance simulator and bankroll manager work with any cash or tournament format you input.

Partially. The cheatsheets, glossary, articles, and learn path apply equally to live and online. The journal works for live sessions (just enter your stakes manually). Hand history parsing is online-only (live sites don't produce hand histories). Live tournament players can absolutely use the ICM calculator, push/fold chart, and AI hand reviewer.

No. PokerPro runs entirely in your browser. The poker hand evaluator, equity engine, and GTO trainer are all client-side — no installation, no plugins, no Chrome extensions. Works on desktop and mobile, modern Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge.

We run a Monte Carlo simulation with up to 1.7 million iterations per hand evaluation, using a fast 7-card bit-mask hand evaluator. Accuracy is within ±0.1% of true equity for typical hands. For most decisions you'll see results in under 200ms. Compare that to PokerStove or Equilab — same math, browser-based, no install.

Account data (email, profile, journal entries, AI hand history) is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enforced — only you can read or write your own rows. We never sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising. AI requests pass through Claude's API for processing but are not used for training.

Yes, any time. From your account dashboard you can permanently delete your account, which also deletes all journal entries, AI hand history, and any pending testimonials. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Email refunds@pokerpro.tools if you need help.

Yes. The 14 calculators, 169 hand strategy pages, 119 glossary terms, articles, and TAG cheatsheet are all free with no signup. PRO unlocks the other 3 cheatsheets, removes the AI cap, and adds the personalized leak detection from your own hand histories.
