Refund Policy

14-day refund

We offer a full refund on any paid PokerPro plan within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@pokerpro.tools with the email address you used to purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

You can also request a refund by replying to your Paddle purchase receipt email — Paddle is our merchant of record and routes refund requests to us automatically, processing the return to your original payment method.

Crypto payments

If you paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, the 14-day guarantee still applies — but we refund in crypto, not to a card. Email refunds@pokerpro.tools with your payment ID and the wallet address to refund to.

Two honest caveats: we refund the amount you paid in USD terms at the time of purchase, so exchange-rate movement between your payment and the refund is not something we can control, and network fees are deducted from the refund. If that matters to you, pay by card instead.

After 14 days

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals. The current billing period remains active until its end date.

Free tier

The free tier of PokerPro is, well, free — no payment, nothing to refund.
