Privacy Policy

Plain-English version

PokerPro is built to be useful with as little data collection as possible. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. The tools run entirely in your browser — your hands, ranges, and bankroll never touch our servers unless you explicitly use the AI Hand Reviewer.

What we collect

• Standard server logs. Like every web server, ours record IP addresses and requested URLs for the AI Hand Reviewer endpoint to enforce rate limits (10 free analyses per IP per day). These logs are short-lived.
• Local browser storage.The bankroll manager, your usage counter for the AI hand reviewer, and your cookie-consent choice are all stored in your browser's localStorage. We never read them server-side.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage stats (page visits, tool usage counts) via privacy-friendly providers. You can opt out at any time.
• AI Hand Reviewer. Hand text you submit is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) for analysis and not retained by us. See Anthropic's privacy policy for their data handling.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't use behavioural ad-tracking.
• We don't fingerprint your browser.
• We don't require accounts or sign-ups for the free tools.

Cookies

Necessary: tiny localStorage entries needed for the tools (bankroll data, AI counter, consent choice).

Analytics (opt-in): if enabled, an aggregate analytics provider sets a cookie to deduplicate sessions.

Affiliate attribution (opt-in): if enabled, we track which outbound link sent a visitor to a poker room, anonymously, so we know which placements work. No personal data attached.

Third parties

Vercel: our hosting provider. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Anthropic: processes AI Hand Reviewer requests only when you explicitly use that tool.

Poker rooms: when you click through to a room via our affiliate links, the room sets its own cookies and is governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for what happens after you leave PokerPro.

Your rights

• Withdraw cookie consent at any time using the banner.
• Clear all browser-stored data via your browser's settings.
• Under GDPR / CCPA: request what data we have on you (essentially nothing for most visitors), or ask us to delete server log entries that include your IP. Email us at privacy@pokerpro.tools.

Children

PokerPro is intended for adults of legal gambling age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "last updated" date and resurface the cookie banner if categories change.
