The basics

By using PokerPro you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we provide

PokerPro is a free educational poker resource: calculators, strategy guides, cheatsheets, and AI hand analysis. We provide it "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Tools should be treated as study aids, not substitutes for your own judgment at the table.

Not gambling advice

Nothing on PokerPro is financial, legal, or gambling advice. Poker is gambling. You can lose real money. Only play with funds you can afford to lose, only on rooms licensed in your jurisdiction, and only if you are of legal gambling age.

Equity calculations, ICM values, push/fold ranges, and AI hand analysis are mathematical approximations using public methodologies. They will be wrong sometimes. Use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Scrape, mirror, or copy the site at scale
• Try to break, overload, or exploit the AI hand reviewer
• Bypass rate limits or otherwise abuse the API
• Use the site to harass other people or distribute illegal content
• Reverse-engineer or modify our code to misrepresent the source

Reasonable personal use is fine. Reasonable means: a human playing poker, using the tools to study or improve. Anything else, ask first.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, and original content are © PokerPro. The math (Monte Carlo, ICM, Nash equilibrium, etc.) is public knowledge. You can quote short passages with attribution; please don't republish our content wholesale.

Account & payments

Free tools require no account. The PRO tier (when available) is a one-time purchase with a 14-day refund window if you're unhappy. Refunds are issued at our discretion for clear cases.

No warranties / liability

We provide the service "as is" with no express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any losses (poker losses or otherwise) arising from your use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you live in a place with stronger consumer protections, those apply over anything we wrote here.

Termination

We reserve the right to block users who abuse the service. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll update the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
