PREMIUM — 3-bet / 4-bet for value
STRONG — Raise and continue aggressively
RAISE — Open and c-bet. Semi-bluff candidates.
SPECULATIVE — Call to set mine / draw
LAG opens wider than TAG even from early position. Be prepared to barrel postflop.
